- Sheltered unit shared with Team. Includes CCTV, WiFi, USB Charging station, dedicated seats at lunch time
- Paddock pass - sent to you via email but we also provide a paper version with lanyard

- Lunch, snacks and drinks: soft drinks, coffee/tea, beer and wine.

Please note that many tours, service road access and more occur on
Friday - we strongly urge your attendance by 10:00 Friday. If you are with one of our tour packages you don't need to worry!

A typical Saturday at the Pole Position Club
- 08:30ish Club opens. Join us for a coffee and a chat with your guide. Collect your 'Welcome Pack' if you haven't already done so
- 10:00 Watch some of the MOTOGP free practice from one of the general admission areas or the paddock viewing area*
- 11:00 Stay out for the MotoGP qualifiers, or watch from the hospitality unit over coffee (or beer!)
- 13:00 Buffet lunch at the PPC. Catch the Moto3 qualifying from the unit or one your favourite vantage points - including some unusual views from within the paddock!
- 14:00 Maybe this is the session you have been assigned a service road pass! Go out to the track to watch the Moto2 qualifying session!
- 15:00 Watch the thrilling sprint race! plan your viewing spot well in advance! Sprint podiums are in public areas - but they don't tell us where in advance. Maybe you can get close!
- 16:30 A perfect time to catch MotoGP riders as they emerge from their debriefs and head to the motorhomes... Perhaps a trip to indulge in some "retail therapy"?
- 17:30 Sadly the PPC closes. You may stay in the paddock, but the hospitality is only open to those who have purchased the Saturday dinner.
- 18:00 For those staying for MotoGP night we meet for drinks at the hospitality, then have a special guest talk arranged by a top journalist or other MotoGP personality. Afterwards dinner is served where you eat with the team. Later you have the evening to wander the paddock, grab a beer from the fridge, see what you see! We take package guests home. A special chilled-out evening!

Platinum & MotoGP Night
While the standard experience is a great way to be part of the paddock, you can opt for a few upgrades
- Platinum grants you grid access with your team! An unforgettable experience as you mingle with the riders, media and officials as the grid is made up!
- MotoGP Night Saturday. Join us for a brilliant evening when the paddock empties of tourist and the teams and riders are more chilled. We bring a special guest journalist to recap the excitement of the weekend and the tournament; and you have dinner with the team. Plus time to wander the paddock and stand in the path of opportunity [Only in Europe]
- Parking: Parking is NOT included, however you may opt for a P2 paddock parking at additional cost
- Package discount: We strongly recommend you purchase your team experience with one of our guided tour packages which include accommodation, transport, welcome dinner and more. This puts you in close contact with our guides and helps you plan your day in the paddock. Wha'ts more - we offer a discount for your team experience if you book with package!

EUROPEAN EVENTS:
• 3 Day access to the MLav Racing Hospitality: Light morning refreshments and buffet lunch, accompanied by alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
NON EUROPEAN:
• 2 Day Lunch and non-alcoholic drinks provided by Severino Hospitality within a sheltered area (Saturday & Sunday)
*Please note, access to the sheltered area is limited at times apart from lunch.
If you book the 2-Day Experience, please note your Paddock Pass and access to the Team Hospitality will only be valid on Saturday and Sunday.
For guests with 2 day hospitality, such as VIP Village, we may be able to offer a FRIDAY only Team Experience. Please enquire.
Please Note: All bookings are subject to confirmation by the team. A Paddock Pass grants General Admission Access to most events, with restrictions for Italian Rounds (eg. Mugello and Misano) and other events where not feasible. Access to the Paddock “Viewing Area” is subject to availability. Service Road Access and Track Access are subject to each circuit’s security procedures, which regularly change and are outside of our control. Many of the activities may take place on the Friday of the event.
