Terms and conditions when booking this event

Our general terms and conditions apply, however as modified thus:

For bookings which include a package: Special terms for bookings in advance of publication of official dates for tour package bookings. We will take a 25% deposit, then 35% in December, and the balance 3 months before the event. Note final prices are to be confirmed, and the second deposit will not be payable until all prices are finalised. In the event the final price is more than 10% of the original quotation or the official date differs, you may cancel free of obligation and any deposit will be returned. Should the event, once announced, be moved or cancelled outwith our control, any deposit paid may be moved to any other event, however we cannot offer refund.

For all other bookings: Full payment due on booking.
